Package details & requirements

• I will need as much notice as possible on your preferred design.
• I will research the stand that is provided by the hotel so that your table plan is made to measure.
• I will ask for a theme or colour on which to base the plans (I can offer suggestions).
• Table names or table numbers (I can offer suggestions).
• 5 days before the wedding I will require the number of tables, table names & guest names.
• Changes to guest names or number of tables can be made up to 9pm on the night before the wedding.
• On the morning of the wedding I will install the table plan, A4 table plan, table numbers / names and place cards.
• I require a non-refundable deposit.
